Introduction

This competition for illustrative images does not want to be a photographic event but a dedicated competition exclusively to images created with Artificial Intelligence management programs, where illustrations can be created that are often difficult to create photographically in real life.

Regulation

The competition is exclusively reserved for images created with Artificial Intelligence (AI) or photographs taken with a digital camera and then processed with Artificial Intelligence.

You can participate in the competition in the following topics:

•  PEOPLE
• LANDSCAPE
• STILL LIFE
• ANIMALS

In all the subjects you can send color or black and white images.

Definitions

People

All the participating images in this topic must have people as their subject, whether they are in actions or in portraits.

Landscape

All the participating images in this topic must have the landscape as their subject, both rural and urban, both with and without people, images of architecture are also part of this theme.

Still Life

All the images taking part in this topic must have classic still life images as their subject, such as still life or inanimate objects.

Animals

All the participating images in this topic must have animals both in action and portraits, both wild and domestic, as their subject.

Sending Images

Each participant can send a maximum of 4 photos for each theme (for a maximum total of 16 images), in the maximum dimensions of 3600 pixels on the longest side at 300 dpi with a weight not exceeding 4 Gb.

The images presented in one topic cannot be presented in the other one, the images sent in color cannot be sent in black and white and the other way around.

The images must be exclusively sent through the appropriate form on the website www.photocontestclub.org

Participation fee

The participation fee as a partial reimbursement of expenses is set at 10.00 Euros regardless of the topics you participate in.

• The best image of each theme: Personalized Plate and Platinum Subscription to the online magazine fotocult.it
• 1st, 2nd and 3rd Prize for each theme (Gold, Silver and Bronze Medal)
• 5 Reports for each topic (certificate)

Prizes cannot be combined in the same theme but can be in different themes.

Responsibility

Each author is personally responsible for what is the object of the image and authorizes its publication.

By participating in the competition, the author authorizes the non-profit publication of his images (full or partial) in catalogues, screenings, websites, magazines and anything else the organizers deem necessary for the purpose of promoting the competition itself.

We inform you, according to the art. 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 04/27/2016, hereinafter referred to as GDPR (General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data), that the personal data provided in the context of the international competition “AIIC, Artificial Intelligence Image Contest” , will be collected and recorded by Photo Contest Club – on paper, electronic and/or computerized and/or telematic support – protected and processed with methods suitable for guaranteeing their security and confidentiality according to the GDPR legislation. We inform you that the data provided to us will be used only for purposes strictly connected and instrumental to the event. To this end, as part of the Initiative, your data may be published online on the contest website (www.photocontestclub.org) or/and in the contest catalogue. The data is required to be able to participate in the competition. We inform you that you can exercise in your capacity as an interested party, you have the rights referred to in art. 15 GDPR (including, by way of example, the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of data concerning him and their communication in an intelligible form, an indication of the methods of processing, updating, rectification or integration of data, cancellation) by request without formalities to the Data Controller. The data controller is the Photo Contest Club Association with registered office in Via della Vetreria 73 in Figline e Incisa Valdarno, Florence, through its president, ad interim, Sabina Broetto.

Data Protection

By participating in this competition, you explicitly consent to the personal data you have provided, including email addresses, which may be processed and used by the competition organizers for associated purposes with this event. In addition, you explicitly consent to submitting such information to organizations that have granted official recognition, sponsorship, or accreditation to this event. You are in acknowledgment and agree that  the status and results of your participation may be made public.
